Global Asia Sinergi, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with larger enterprise and government clients, identifying new opportunities for business growth, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.


  • Manage relationships with large corporate and government clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise and government clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals and contract negotiations with government clients.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in government sectors.

  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
